If you can breathe,
you can do yoga.
Yoga unites the body, mind and spirit in a way that eases tension, and promotes health and well being. We have 5 different types of classes in an effort to meet the needs of many different people.
Our mission is to support and enhance the health and well-being of the Sun City Center Community through Yoga practice, instruction and education.
"The practice of yoga is not only very valuable to my system of spontaneous healing, but to yours as well." -- Andrew Weil, M.D.
